Client Services Specialist

Role at The Consulate:
My job involves working with advisors and clients to execute account servicing needs through keeping accounts up to date and completing tasks to help accomplish clients’ investing goals. I also help advisors get ready for meetings with clients by preparing annual plan reviews.

Educational Background:
Stevenson University is my alma mater and I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems.

Best Part of Working with Clients:
Helping to alleviate a client’s stress in a daunting situation is my favorite aspect of working with clients. It is a great feeling to see a client’s worry change into a sense of peace, knowing we will help them maintain control of their financial situation.

Outside the Office:
I was a cheerleader for over 20 years, and I have continued to be part of the cheerleading community through coaching the Bel Air Terps. Coaching a cheerleading team is a great way for me to stay active, connect with a huge part of my childhood, and share my passion for the sport.
