Bob Boehner, CPA, CFP®
Director of Tax and Accounting Services
Wealth Advisor
Role at The Consulate:
My role at The Consulate involves overseeing tax preparation and review in the Gettysburg office, conducting financial planning introductory meetings and Financial Physicals®, writing financial plans, and helping clients implement their strategies. I am involved in tax planning, estate planning, investment planning, and retirement planning.
Educational Background:
I am a graduate of Grove City College, where I majored in accounting. I am a CPA and have earned my CFP® designation.
Best Part of Working with Clients:
One of the best parts of working with clients is when I am able to help them see and realize that they can retire when they want to. It is always a joy when I get to see the relief on a client’s face when they reach their goals for retirement.
Outside the Office:
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family and playing bass drum in the Hanover Lancers Alumni Senior Drum and Bugle Corps. I have been part of the group for two decades, with half of that time spent in the horn line and the other half spent in the drum line.
